make your trigger...
activation: West present
now... place your reinforcements on the map... give them a waypoint where they will wait until the trigger goes off...
now synch the trigger to the waypoint , and finish up the reinforcements waypoints ....
they basically won't "see" the following waypoints until the trigger that is synchronized to it has gone off
