I dont think that is possible unless you are a member of a group.
You can order the AI leader to make sutch an order by writing this in the on activation field:

"_x setcombatmode ""Red""" foreach units yourGroup
"_x setbehaviour ""Aware""" foreach units yourGroup

To name your group, put this in the init field of the leader.
NameOfGroup = Group this
