how do i make paa files?

how do i convert bmp files into .paa files... i can't seem tom find anything that tells me how...

I dont know if you can do it with bmp.
If you save your bmp to tga, then to paa.
Pic has to be a specific size though. 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, etc.
e.g 64x64, 128x256

However, if it's just for an overview pic don't bother - jpeg gives the same quality for a smaller file size, and you don't have to both with conversion.    Also a lot of graphics programmes struggle with .paa

bmp might be fine for overview pic as well ... all that matters is what the final result looks like, nobody cares what the format is.
