switchmove help needed

hey guys,
i need some help here, i need to know hot to make someone stand at attention and stay that way, and how to make someone sit down and stay like that. also, is it possible to set a unit's heihgt (to put him in a tower) and can u make someone get angry?

To make a guy stand at attention :
YourGuy switchMove "FxStandSurAtt"

To make someone stand in a tower :
This setpos [getpos This select 0, getpos This select 1, (getpos This select 2) + YourHeight]

To make make a guy get angry :
YourGuy setMimic "Angry"
