Planck's objects...
« on: 29 Jan 2003, 17:57:28 »
I would like to thank Planck for this as Im sure it will help many including myself...
I haven't checked it out yet (as I have just seen it), but it looks and sounds impressive.  Well to be honest, I would certainly hope so after the amount of time he probably spent on it... ;) ;D

I have now started work on a second island called "Midway" which this time is actually the real island.
It will be for a WW2 mod, which looks increadible (talking about MOD of course :P).

Cheers,

I'd have to second that. My god, is it ever much quicker now that I can just look for what I want instead of trial and error.

Sure as hell speeding up progress on my Holland map.

Yo waterman, can you make a version of your island without the modern city? It could work fairly decent for the WW2 Community if you do. I was going to make a mission for WW2EC using it yesterday but the modern city turned me away.

Waterman, what mod are you working on Midway for?

Also, if you feel like a new project when you're done that, then feel free to make Winter Ardenne's, particularily around Bastogne, or North Africa for Afrika campaign. Takes some work of my shoulders  ;D

Well Skye is already taking a bit longer than I thought due to lack of motivation and because I have also started Midway.  I might even consider handing Skye over to someone to finish as it's taking up A LOT of my time. :P

Midway will be for the Allies in Arms MOD which have a really cool and fully functional Aircraft Carrier coming out soon. :o

Thanks again to Planck... :)

What are you going to quit on Skye island!
It is one of the best island I have seen and it has resistance stuff on it as well as old ofp buildings. Its the greatest island. But I think it would be much cooler with a winter Noga or a new island with new models on buldings and all that would be partly snowy and partly green and partly desert and have big cities like lipany and petrovice togheter or something..
 :P

ah well..its your call..

There was a post about it on the main page.  If it isn't there anymore, I'm sure it will be in the editors depot. :)
