Multiplayer export problems

So, I have read all that was useful about all the init stuff and activation ???, and triggers etc... I have built a mission n which I can say I am not ashamed of. But it seems all of my nice and sweet features aren't in the mission file.... ??? ???

That is... I have a black ops that is on assassination duty. Equipped with various weapons and of course flares. It was intended to be used in MP so the extraction pilot can first see were to go (green flare), then were to land (red flare). I was so excited to see how it goes. But..... :-\

The player doing the black ops said:"hey kiddo! Where are the flares?" I swear I tested the mission in single player with the black ops(preview) and it had flares (green and red... yes...) but in MP, the black ops had nothing of my little flares :'(.

Is there anything special to make so the MP mission is the exact copy of the SP mission?

No, nothing special. If I make a mp mission and give a dude some flares he will have them in in the actual mp game.
