Pilots in Helicopters

on thing that has been bothering me in making my missions is how i can change the pilots that fly my helicopters, I have some cool helicopters to insert my men, and i want to have the Marines pilots be Frandsen flying the chopper, how can i have them start in the chopper as the pilots

Simply. Just put and empty chopper (empty\air) and a pilot. In the pilot's init line write: this moveindriver choppername

tried that already, if you do that it doesnt allow the helo to land and deploy troops the pilot has to leave, is there no other way
