Help me get OFP up to date!

To make a long story short, I was in a bad car accident back in April, and have not played OFP since.  I was going through my old bookmarks of OFP sites and was supprised to find most of them are gone.

Anyway I have the original v1.0 version of OFP.  I did a fresh install and patched it to v1.46.  What addons is everyone running these days?  Specifically, which is the best sound mod?

Before the accident I was working on a small ~10 mission mini campaign, which I might finish.  What are the best editing addons?

I might eventually pick up Resistance, I saw it at EB last time I was there for $10, but for now help me get OFP up to date.

Resistance will bring you up to 1.85 ; then there are three patches after that to bring you up to 1.91. the last two ( 1.90 & 1.91 seem to be mainly for multi ).
 And Lost Bros. has a really nice HK download that adds .....emm..... I think 8 weapons, they also have a soundpack which I enjoy.
  The rest of the addons as you know depends on which server you play on.

   If you want singleplayer try  www.avidgamers.com/ofpsas . We have alot of fun submitting and playing each others missions for points to gain rank, and would enjoy having you and anyone else stop by and check us out.

 Well... first off... welcome back to the forums Reaper,

and secondly...
 I think most people who didn't experience bugs with the 1.85 patch stayed with that one... It's really sweet, does some tank fixes, adds a resistance sniper, bicycle, and a small new car (modelled after a mini)

You'll want to get Res when you have a chance for sure... it is a great addition to OFP,
