Simple question for someone with military knowledge

I am currently working on a mission and need an information...

How many marines are in a company? a division? a platoon? a unit? others?

Is it the same thing for marines, army, navy....

Briefly, is there someone who know well the difference between those and can light me up on that!?

Hey Frag, unfortunately, there is no simple answer to your query.  I was in the army and how formations are organized is highly variable based on their mission; Infantry, armor, Artillery,Aviation; Airbourne, Air Assualt, etc. Check this link for more info

I imagine the Marines formations are roughly similar to the armys.  None of this applies to the Navy and the Air Force.
