if u mean, like a surrender, you could always use this to make him remove his weapon, then create a model of an m16 lying down on the floor next to him-

the surrender animation may be a bit wrong, i dont have the animations list near me, so just find a suitable animation fro surrendering. there should be a model of an m16 out there shurley you can use? just ask someone or search around the site.
