Does anyone know if there is a mod that accurately models weapon ballistics ?, how accurate are the ballistics in Flashpoint anyway?

I have asked this question before in previous posts but without much luck.  There does not seem to be any standard when it comes to damage levels for various small arms, both in the official game and especially in mods.

I have downloaded submachineguns that deal out more damage with a single shot then an M-21.  I would think that damage would be broken down by caliber.

9mm
.45ACP
7.62mm NATO
7.62mm Short
7.62mm Long
5.56mm NATO
5.45mm Soviet
.50 BMG

These are for the most part the most common calibers used in the game.  If these had standard values most other calibers not listed about could at least be estimated.

What do others think??? hint hint ;)

Sorry, I gotta plead ignorance. The only thing I know is that a bomb will kill you more readily than a bullet. This thread is worthy watching though to see if anyone comes up with a real answere.

Yes,

One would think it was a interesting post to watch.  I myself would have thought that many people would be interested/concerned about the same thing.  Especially with all the addons out there modeling smallarms, and for those interested in designing their own addon smallarms that would try to deal out the proper damages. 8)

However, by the lack or responses, that no one seems to be interested in this topic which is surprising to me.  I was watching another posts just like this one in the past in it died out due to lack of input too. :'(

Hope to see more responses
