Custom music & respawn, don't know how

Im trying to make a mission where I have custom music and respawn in it.
I know how to make a description.ext file with music and one with respawn but I don't know how to make them both to work at the same time...

PLZ help some one or im going to get crazy. ???

you should just be able to copy and paste one into the other.
