I'm having trouble with the FFUR mod. When I start shortcut with -nosplash -nomap -mod=@ffsx85 , it loads until i see the main screen, with the photos and the compass. Then after about 10-15 seconds of loading it always crashes to desktop with no error message, just error report thing.
Im pretty sure this is all because of my crappy laptop video card? But it runs stock ofp extremely well with full settings and I chose the non-hw tnl option when installing. I also noticed then even whenu clicked on the nonhwtnl batch file it contained the exact same text as the hw tnl one (ie "This option is for users WITH hardware t&l" or some such).
Please help if possible
Specs:
Crappy Intel Latop circa 2007 (Gateway brand- MX something)
Crappy integrated Intel graphics (945 express chipset, 128mb)
Intel Core 2 CPU @1.66 ghz each
1gb ram

EDIT: forgot to mention im using the 2008 ffur edition
P.S. what is the slx mod? is it something separate or is it run with the same -mod line?
