Dialog - Colouring different entries in a list

I want to make a list that can have coloured text. The problem is I want to make every entry in the list to have a different text colour. I cannot change the entry colours individually. Then I thought about StructuredText but that did not work because lbAdd does not support it. Can anybody help me with this? If possible....
