Description Extension Files
« on: 28 Oct 2002, 19:33:47 »
??? I want to use two different scripts from two different authors, both involving the movement of mutiple squads in a MP setting. The problem here is, I think I can only have one description extention file in my mission, so, to my head scratching thoughts, ;D,  how do I make both scripts share the same Description Extension file?
Many kind thanks,
RedLion

p.s. Each script comes with their own desciption extention file.  So, how do I merge both of them? Or how do I seperate them in the same D.E. File? Do I add comas, periods, do I type exit after the ending of the first scipt? Well, I hope I was able to explain myself. I am not that experinced in writing scripts but as always will give it a try ;)

With kind regards,
RedLion

I don't think your scripts are reliant on description.ext. Try a simple test mission with the first script (get it working) then add the second script. You may find that you can get them both working before you even get to writing the description.ext. If you have trouble, try posting your sample mission. The devil is usually in the details and putting up the sample mission will give us ALL the details.
good luck!
