How to use triggers

My trigger:

Activated by: BLUFOR
Type: Switch
Present


I have a group of bad guys that have two waypoints: 1. Move 2. Sentry (I want them to only move to this waypoint when the BLUFOR enter my rectangular trigger)

1) am i doing anything wrong?
2) which waypoint do I synchronize?
