setmarkerposlocal and setmarkerpos (local query)

WIKI comref now lists 2 ways of setpossing markers
setmarkerposlocal wont be available until 1.04

my query

Is the old setmarkerpos command
a) local now and then global after1.4
b) local now and local after
c) already globally broadcasted over a network

??

The newer command was brought in because the old command made all setmarkers global.....so everyone could see them in ArmA.

The newer command is supposed to address this issue........my understanding of the situation anyway.

So..........

setMarkerPos is Global
setMarkerPosLocal is Local
