pic in overview just wont work......HELP!! :(

i cant seem to get this to work ive tried everything. read thru countless posts and did what they say but it still wont work.
i know i am resizing my pic wrong and i just cant figure out what im doing wrong. so i am attaching "mypic" to this post for someones kind help and maybe u can tell me what i need to do to it and what (x:  y:) values i need in overview.
i know i need it to be a multiple of 2 (256x128) (128x64)and so on. and i have resized it to that(256x128).made sure it was a .jpg format set the (x: y:) to 256x128 in overview and lo and behold crash when i click on mission in missions menu.
plz what am i doing wrong. help!!!
feel free to resize it and send back with instructions as to what im doing wrong. this attached .jpg has been resized to (256x128)and its been converted to .jpg from .bmp. its resolution is 170x64

Get TexView from http://www.ofpeditingcenter.com/Files/TexView_11.zip and then load the JPG file and save it in a PAC or PAA extension, then put that file into your mission's folder and then edit the overview file to recognise and load the picture.  You don't need a full path, just <FILENAME>.PAC/PAA will do .

ive been messing with that problem for awhile now. i can finally have pics in my mission overviews.
