Object hit smoke

Can someone make more smoke when a object is shot. Things like more smoke when a concrete wall is hit. More smoke from a bullet hitting the floor and wood chips fly out when hitting wood. If there already is a exsisting one then can you give me a link.

THat would be done in the game's config, both ECP and FFUR change effects such as these.
