Triggername into script
« on: 18 Jul 2006, 20:38:30 »
Hello
How do i get a trigger (triggername) into my script?

Apparently this is not working:

In trigger:
Quote
[this] exec "script.sqs"
In script:
Quote
_trigger = _this select 0

Neither is this:

In trigger:
Quote
[triggername] exec "script.sqs"
In script:
Quote
_trigger = _this select 0

Thanx

What does your script do? Or what does it look like?

The script is actually work in progress. It is a script deleting units by selected difficulty.
What i acctually wanted was a list of the units in different triggers.

By using:

_list = list _trigger

it did not work becouse i had couldnt get the trigger into the script.

[triggername] exec "script.sqs"

when running the script.sqs
you would need to state the following

Quote
_trig = _this select 0
_list = list _trig
