Add an AA to a chopper

i was wanting an AA launcher on my chopper for i mission , i have seen it in various cti's;
How do i add a stingerlauncher and 4 rockets?
and will i be able to rearm at an ammo truck?

Do you mean to be able to fire missiles while the chopper is flying?

You can't add a portable weapon to a chopper in a way that the pilot could operate it. Or at least, not in any simple way.
Vehicle weapons you can, but they don't have a heatseeking AA launcher I think. Some addons do.
