Preprocessor error

Ok...we have a member of our "clan" that created some custom CTI maps.  They work for EVERYONE except one guy who CONSTANTLY gets the following error:

Preprocessor failed on file mpmissions\__CUR_MP.ackropolis\description.ext -
error 1.

This guy has even downloaded the OFP directory of another one of us who works.  All his addons, etc are the sameI'm basically wondering if ANYONE has had problems with this error message.  There seems to be ZERO info about it anywhere.  Please help us.  We're about to kill ourselves.

this should probaly go on the bi forums youll get a better response there ofpec's based on ofp editing not trouble shooting so it wont be long till a mod comes and locks this up
