Once you have done it a lot it will take you less time.

Do you use the viewer to help when checking alignment and gaps between road pieces?

Well, thats about as good as it gets.

Straight pieces are easy enough you just need to add the road length on to the position, depending on the direction the road is going.

However, if it is not one of the major compass directions.....i.e.....North, South, East or West, then you will need to use trigonometry........or just do it by eye   ;D

were you say "add the road length on to the position" do you mean i can stretch it? or dose this mean add to the end and do the same again, but adding to the x/z pos?

*hopes he can stretch it*

His hopes are in vain   ::)

No .....each road has a length.

For example:

asfaltka25.p3d is 25 metres long
asfaltka12.p3d is 12.5 metres long
asfaltka6.p3d is 6.25 metres long

If you place a road with 25 metres length going north, and its coordinates are say:

x = 10000
y = 10000

Then the next 25 metres length would go to coordinates:

x = 10000
y = 10025

and so on.
