is there a script for the nogva police to attack without a waypoint and for them to use there sirens

To have a civilian unit act as East or West, place a east or west unit on the map, and set his rank to the highest possible. Then, place your civil guy, and group them together. Then, set the east guys probibility of presence to 0, and the civil police guy will act as a east soldier, being shot at by west and getting shot at by west.  

You can do it visa vesa to get a west police guy.
