M2: how to turn off light

Does anybody know how to turn off the light of a m2 Machinegun? I have put a gunner on a hill and it's not really exciting when you see him miles away.

The same also goes for all the M2 based retextured addons out there. IE the Mortar and The Flak Canon.  :P Which basicly sucks.  :-\

so this means there is no way to turn off that annoying light?
