WSS decoding and encoding problems
« on: 03 Oct 2002, 09:16:34 »
Hi yall!

I'm trying to decode and encode WSS files ...I got the little program an thought i was following the directions properly ... but everytime I enter the line it says to enter it says "Bad command or file name".

What am I doing wrong. Do I have to put this program somewhere special....It says work folder (what exactly does this mean). Please someone help me if you can.

You can put both the .wssdec and .wssenc in any folder you like (one dedicated to your sounds/sound editings would of course be preferred), but you have to put the MSDOS promt shortcut into that/those same folders as the .wssdec and .wssenc programs.

I had the same problem, "Bad Command of File Name"....Works just fine now.
