Collision

Hmm.

I have two questions for cutscene purposes.

Is it possible to get a vehicle somehow to go onto it's side in a cutscene?

That said as well, is it possible to get two vehicles to collide with each other (And disable each other)

1)  Blow it up when nobody's looking and hope it lands the way you want.

2)  Try using setVelocity commands.

Hmm. Shall try this.

I'm working on a campaign centering with the main character as a member of a civilian police force (Can you believe nobody has made a police car for OFP, beyond the Police Jeep?) and wanted to cutscene in a simple traffic accident to start the whole thing off with. :)

Eee!

Thank you so much. :D

Now if I could just get this collision thing to work.. I  might end up fading the cutscene out just before they hit and starting at the site. :P

Good idea.

You must remember that the game engine is designed to prevent collisions from happening.     Lateral thinking is required to get round this.    The game engine is designed for gameplay - quite rightly, since that is what really matters.   Cutscenes you have to force as best you can.
