FN SCAR
« on: 01 Feb 2005, 06:01:07 »
Introducing the FN Special Forces Combat Assault Rifle (SCAR).
Take a look at the link below, this would make a great addition to OFP, especially if you made it JAM compatible.

All sorts of info @:

what? It's not a bad copy; It's based on their own FNC! So yeah it's a *cough* "copy" *cough* of something they made themselves, what's wrong with that?

Anyway that's one ugly sob!

Anyway a made this a while ago, when there wasnt that much info about it.
Get those missions out there you morons!

Well if you read the info you'll relize that this weapon comes in several different versions with inter-changable parts. One chambers the standard 5.56mm NATO round used by the M-16. Another version uses the 7.62 mm round used by the M-14, other versions are desinged to chamber standard Russian rounds like 5.54 mm. all the parts like handles, sights, buttstocks, etc. are completely inter-changable. I think this gun would work really well with JAM.

Well, if you say so...

I just would like to know how did FN manage to become one of the most productive Weapon Factory in the world...  ???  >:(
Colt, H&K seem to be very small if you confront them with FN  :'(

Actually H&K is pretty much comparable to FN in size and productivness. I feel sorry for Colt, though. As soon as H&K's M-8 is finished and goes into production for the US army Colt is gonna lose its biggest contract... if this keeps up then I wouldn't be surprised if Colt gets bought out by a larger weapons company.

But to get back on topic is anyone else interested the SCAR making an apperance in OFP?
