Creating Triggers via script. Possible?

Very similar to my last post.... :P
It's possible to create a trigger via external script, setting size, activation, deactivation, etc.?

*racks brain* .... I have a feeling the answer is yes, but the area has to be 0x0.    This came up the forum a good few months ago, try the search function.

a workaround:
camcreate a gamelogic and check for conditions using that
i can explain more if you don't know what i mean
