civilians versus resistance...
« on: 21 Jan 2005, 15:10:57 »
can it be done?

i tried editing the east/west/guer settings for soldiers within the mission.sqs file, and sure enough the colour of the loons is appropriate (red for enemy, green for friendly, blue for civvy) but it all seems over-ridden by the setting for "resistance friendly to"... and when i switch that, it all goes foo.

any ideas?

Have a high ranking east or west soldier, group your civis with him - with him as the leader, set his condition of presence to false and away you go.

The civis will then look like civis but behave like soldiers of the same side as their not present leader
