Damage effects

Im wondering if anyone have a damage/wound visual effect script thats good. Im looking for something like the one the marine assault pack uses. It has blackouts and heatbeats, works nice with bleeding too. The deal is that is should be much harder to play when injured, so the medic will play a bigger role AND ppl will be more carefull.
