Weapons at the start

I've tried looking at the tutorials and I can't figure this one out.  :-\

Does anyone know how to add weapons to the gear selection, so you can choose them instead of your first weapon. Like, kinda being an officer, but in the gear selection you can pick either a M21 or a M60 instead of your M16? Ah, you know what I mean  ;)

Can anyone help?

It's done in the description.ext. Check Ed Depot if there are any tutes or search the forum or FAQ.
