Refuel problem

This might be a basic fix but i seem to be missing something here.

The idea
armour out of fuel at the base, so mission is to fuel the tanks, so i placed several fuel trucks about the map all with the fuel in the cargo empty, the mission then contiues to get the trucks to a fuel depot, fill up the containers then return to base to fuel the tanks ready for battle.

Problem

For some reason i cant get the empty fuel truck to fill there fuel tanks when at the fuel depot?
do i need to do this with a script or command in such a way to remove the no fuel or is there a normal way that does this, looking for any suggestions really.

You probably need to use the setfuelcargo command.

Something like:

myrefueltruck setfuelcargo 1
