How can I light up an area at night that has no streetlamps and without using lame campfires, flares or headlights? I've heard of this Mapfact tutorial/demo or something like that that might help but was unable to find it. Any ideas?

There is a runway light addon out there. I would tell you to look in the addon depot but it is down currently. Look around the regular OFP sites.

Also there is a recent glow stick addon. http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.php?newlang=eng
