Changing Wounded icon in cmd bar

Is there a way, through scripts, to change the wounded/red icon in the command bar back to the regular/default icon?

EX - A heal squad script sets everyone's health back to 0, but that alone doesn't reset the icon...it stays red indicating they are wounded.

Any way to toggle it?

As the icon represents the last known status of your men, it won't toggle back to "unwounded" as long you don't make them to report status.

Just order your men to report status, then it should switch back the icon
