Wait a minute...where's the ping?
« on: 03 Mar 2004, 16:37:45 »
I thought OFP automatically displayed a hint that said something like "mission plan updated" when an objective was completed...it doesn't in a mission that I'm working on.

Did it ever do this automatically, or was I imagining things?  I know how to do it manually, but I didn't think I had to :P

(lol really intense question, I know :beat:)

lol you have to do it manually.

Or maybe it happens automatically in Cadet mode only, I'm not sure.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Changing objective status to 'done' with
"1" objstatus "done"
should give you a 'mission plan updated' hint..
Not all is lost.

Ah, I see you have the machine that goes "ping!"

Lol yeah I know that part, and it checks off the objective on the briefing page, but no ping...strange.  Methinks macguba is right.

Mission plan updated only appears when you UPDATE the objectives, not complete them, methinks. Like when "1" objstatus "hidden" or "active" is done....
