Islamic call to prayer

Hi, i downloaded the afghan map and thought it was cool, anyone know how i can get the islamic call to prayer to come from the minurets? make it more realistic, sounds great in the movies black hawk down and navy seals.  would just make it that little bit more belivable, especialy as id love to make a mission based in 1980's beruit
