I had posted an idea like this before but no one at that time seemed to be interested. I was asking for an animation/addon/script that would allow you to pick up a dead or wounded soldier and carry him. There really would not be a reason to have this in a mission unless you had to get all your men dead or alive to a certain evac point. I really wanted it for a cut scene.

I found one scritpt in a mssion by Kuro

If one of your soldiers gets killed you and another soldier put your weapons on your back and "drag" the body. I'm glad someone made something like it.

Hope this is what you are looking for

FDF-mod has a strecher-addon( http://koti.mbnet.fi/~fdfmod/ ), just thought I'd mention it if there's someone that is intrested in that...

Yeah they do have a stretcher, but is does nothing as far as I know. It is really a cot. You use an action command to get in it and then you stare up at the sky. If you wanted to use it to add to a scene you could.

I'm sure there is a stretcher script somewhere. Check the http://www.ofpec.com/editors/index.php editors depot.

I meant that FDF-mod's stretcher could possibly be used by an experienced scripter...
