Disabling Radio Durring Cutscenes?

How can this be done because its annoying as hell to hear in the middle of a cutscene Cease Fire and see that stupid message at the bottom when its supposed to be "dramatic" not much drama with that shit.

enableradio false

To turn it back on again after the cutscene, it's just:

enableradio true
