I use shoot, and I must say that it is one of the most useful game addons there is.

Of course there are others, but this one seems to work flawlessly, and makes my gaming life sooo much easier

I downloaded this just the day before yesterday (I had an earlier version on an earlier computer, but w/o a good mike).  It's really worth the download, I use it both in Operation Flashpoint and Americas Army.  Just a tip, it works best if you add some more phrases to the list (like "all" or "group", instead of just "squad") that way you can speak more naturally.  Also, I recommend you use a toggle and only turn it on to give a command.  Otherwise weird things can happen (Eight kept getting selected w/o warning... on the old computer.  No problems so far w/ the new mike)
