What do I need?

I am doing alot of research, and getting a little fustrated to make a Add-on.

What are the tools that I will need to make a add-on. I have O2 installed and Viewer. Do I need anything else? Do I have to go out and spend money or all free (3d Programs?). Also I have some tutorials ready to teach me one step at a time. One more question. Will the same programs, be used in Ofp2 to make add-ons? I am totally new to this.

all u need is o2,buldozer,texview,photoshop if  u want to make youre own textures and lots of time and some tutorials. and i dont kno if the same programs will be used in ofp2 :beat: i think

That is all I need to know. I am only going to learn the stuff. So then I can carry my skills to Ofp2. Even if they do come out with something different. I can then have an understanding.
