How would one edit the backround for cutscenes or make new titles and put them in the Editor? I've seen it before.

I think you're talking about dialouges
It is quite hard to understand, but there is a very good toturial in the Ed Depot  8)

No I mean like the title of the campaign. I want to make my own screen title. Also, backdrop, like little bars at the bottem you can customate.
