Would a unit shoot at a game logic? If so would the firing unit follow the game logics waypoints? ???

As far as I've experienced, a unit will never shoot at a game logic. The best way would probably be to make a unit with the properties of a jeep but invisible, or just make him do the fire animation and spawn grenades where you need him to shoot.

About a year ago I ask the same question, indirect fire, I wanted a guner to create a curting of bullets, and they told me that the way to do it is by using game logics, but I never had the chance to try it cos I didn't bother creating that mission in the end.
SCREWBY!!!

There is an "invisible target" addon availabe.  Of course, it is very small as there is no texturing  :)  It has all four sides, infantry, air and armor.

I'm not sure where it is but I found the link in on the posts on this site.
