CSLA addon- High Quality, low coverage, why?

I have seen pics of the CSLA mod and it is some of the best russian infantry and vehicles I have ever seen for flashpoint.  I mean, this stuff is the highest quality russian addon pack out there so far.  Not only that but you get alot.  Why do they not get enough coverage.  I believe I even went to the site and for all the hard work these guys put out I wanted to compile the entire collection but could only find version 2.1 update which requires 1.1 and that was nowhere to be found.  What's up with that?  If its so good why can't I get everything from the first addon that was created in one entire pack at one site?  CSLA people if you read this, help me compile your stuff in one place.  You have the best russian addon out there.  Who else bothers to make a russian radio-man and modern transport trucks?  I guess it will go down as one of those addon sites that only tend to Czech needs with no english translation so their addons will only be used by Czechs.
