Scud targeting

can anyone help?
i want to target my scuds, but the link provided here is broken http://www.theavonlady.org/theofpfaq/weapons/scudfire.htm and theres no www.ofpec.com/coding.shtml :(, so, can anyone tell me the script or code for it?

Browse the Editors Depot - there is some scud stuff there.
