ai engage specific targret

probably real easy but can anyone tell me how to get ai to shoot targets
have tried with destroy waypoint but is proving to be unpredictable

You can try with the dotarget and dofire command.

I forgot, you can also use commandtarget and commandfire then the squadleader tells the unit to fire on target.

No prob, and if you are complety new to mission editing this is the hole string -
name dofire target name or name commandfire targetname ;)
