The good ol' Chiefy and the Scim are gonna be in the Hoffman's Luck Mod, as are the Scorp, 432 and a few others that have escaped my mind ATM.

That is, if the lazy buggers that I've hired get working.... what do I pay them for?

Hang on, I don't pay them...... hm... maybe I'll just poke them with sticks......  ;D

I was going to twist cplme's arm until he made one, but they weren't in service in 85 (when our mod's set). So we can't help you, sorry. We'll have a spiffy FV432 though..... ;D

Dries tears. If you don't ask. But they are great for racing and the brakes are spiffing...

Will the 432 have all its real life attributes?

Going from Memory, was the straight Bren mag 20 rounds and the curved one 40?

downloaded o2 and busy proving why the unwashed masses shouldn't have it - Gimpy SF - textures a nightmare

Yay, now that the animation files can be ed'ed or made from scratch, all those important British soldiery things like brewing up and smoking a fag are within our grasp... and it looks like Hoffman's Luck will have a love scene after all.... ;D

Beast with two backs? Now there's an animation.

A whole new genre opens up - textures for opf porn...

Or there's Mortar animations (to keep on topic)

Who said anything about doing the dirty? I meant having the protagonist holding hands with his girlfriend at the end.... honestly  ;)

I'd like to serioudly like to see some idle anims for cutscenes, like cleaning rifles or looking at a map or leaning against a vehicle, that'd make cutscenes that little bit more realistic. Especially for British mods, considering that the average squaddie spends more time drinking tea or farting than soldiering ;D

Now there's and idea for inter-mission cut scenes, a Bedford struggling up a hill full of farting squaddies or soldiers on guard duty idly ripping sandbags to bits with a bayonet.  :D

Or, for my dad, a chieftain full of squaddies farting and slumping out of the hatches, p**sed as farts, swearing and giggling.

Thought I'd post these here in case anyone fancies doing a Stolly (Alvis Stalwart), otherwise I'll probably have a go once I finish me Landies. The pages have got a couple of scale drawings on them all in profile  ;)

Glad u like em
The lynx is 95% done, and the gazelle, sea king and wessex are yet to be started but they r in the production line, we are currently trying to concentrate on some decent soldier units, as we are hating showing off weapons using that yank model all the time.
The landy is roughly 60-70%
Bren just needs a new sight along with the GPMG and the silenced sterling smg.
When we got new news ill update here :D

Very impressed, can't wait for the whole caboodle to be released.
Looks like my LR Defender could soon be joined by it's older brother, the Series III, are you planning on doing different versions and is it going to be a seperate release or only with the mod?
