Hey MIG...

Please post the beta or a link to the beta here so all can test it.

Otherwise I'm afraid I'll have to lock this thread, as we don't allow recruiting on the forums ;)

OK, a couple of things, no particular order:

1.) I see, or hear, that the 'Oh my arm, it's broken!' has an amusing spoken  part as well. Do any of the others, e.g. 'Aiii my arm' or 'ouch my face' (not sure if that's the exact one)? Would be good for consistency

2.) A few more injury messages would be good, as opposed to just 'my ARM its broken' and 'Aiii my leg'. That would be easy to do; you could sort them into an array or arrays, and choose random ones to play.

3.) Is that your addon which is making the screen flash black when I'm injured, and constantly reducing the acctime? The flashing black (pain! pain!) is nice, but the acctime is just annoying. Apologies if it's not this addon

4.) Using hints to give dammage: hints are usually reserved for debugging in game stuff (or at least for me), and the dinging noise gets irksome after a while, especially if you're running a bleeding script at the same time.I would personally like to see a series of cutrsc's (if that's the name, you know, the resources/pictures you can display on screen), to mimic the display that the armour gets. Doesn't have to be fancy, just a picture/outline of a person. You might be able to get away with as few as 4 pictures: healthy, legs hit, arms hit, legs and arms hit.... dunno if head/torso dammage is needed. On the other hand, you could use several resources to display arms, legs etc. I don't know alot about this, but ut would be preferable to hint.

5.) The headshot counter, whilst nice, is probably unnecessary, although it is ego boosting to see a 'headshot - well done!' message. :D. Usually you can tell if you hit someone in the head, unless they're far away. In which case it is nice to have the message... never mind this point :P

I know that quite a few pro-realism -ists will argue against it, but for others it will be welcome. The idea can definitely be taken further. :)
