There are lots of things to add and some bugs to fix, but yeah, I'm going to release a beta, though I don't imagine when

. I'm texturing some more houses at the moment, but I might say that the island is about 50% done.

Looks pretty good, as long as it doesnt lag im happy. By the way those fences look pretty good.

Well, I have a 900MHz Athlon with 400MB of ram, an it is a bit laggy only when you fly around with a10.
