SEBNAM use-only-once LAW.....

What this script/addon does is makes the LAWs from SEBNAM pack 2 usable only once, and then thrown away... The reason I used SEBNAM LAWs was that they allready have the "opened" and "closed" models.... So if you have SEBNAM, try out this script

Tested great. Should have seen them running around looking for a replacement
